UGC Platforms for Creators in Europe

Article image

Five platforms are worth a European creator's time: Noovid, Influee, Collabstr, Youdji and Insense. Which of them will actually let you in depends on where you live, and Noovid reaches furthest — every eurozone country, no followers required, and no commission taken out of what you earn.

On Noovid, every project is paid. The fee is on screen before you apply and nothing is deducted from your side of it. On other platforms, check the number twice: whether a percentage comes out of it, and whether the campaign pays money at all or only sends you the product. Signing up anywhere buys you access to opportunities, not work.

Eligibility and terms here were checked against platform terms, help centres and creator sign-up flows in September 2026. Check them again before you accept a brief: countries, fees and payment rules move.

Best UGC platforms for European creators compared

Rule out the platforms that will not have you first. Then compare what each one takes out of your payout, what it expects of your audience, and how it hands work out.

They are not all selling the same thing. Noovid deals in finished video files a brand can run. Collabstr works more like a public storefront you list yourself on. Insense matters when a campaign wants you to post, or to run adverts through your own handle.

How each platform works

Noovid

  • Best for: Creators who want to film videos for brands to use, with the fee visible before they apply.
  • Eligible countries: the 20 eurozone countries — Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta and Cyprus.
  • Application: Submit a profile and sample videos for review. Followers never come into it.
  • How work arrives: Approved creators apply to briefs and the brand chooses one. Brands can also invite a creator directly, so a strong profile brings work to you as well.
  • What you are paid: No creator-side commission. The fee shown in the brief is what the brand pays and what you receive, through the platform.
  • Rights and revisions: Full commercial rights included, with three revisions.
  • Limitation: It is built for file delivery, not influencer posting or whitelisting, and its European creator base is younger than Influee's.

Noovid started in Brazil, built a marketplace of 9,000 creators there, and brought the same fixed-price model to Europe.

Influee

A large marketplace covering most of Europe, including Portugal, Spain and Italy — confirm your country at sign-up. You build a profile and apply to campaigns, and no creator-side deduction was identified, though brands pay a 10% marketplace fee on your payment. Rights and revisions depend on each campaign, and brands only see individual creator prices after subscribing.

Collabstr

A global storefront where you list your services and wait to be found rather than applying. Collabstr takes 15% out of your payout and charges the brand a separate 10%, so the money you see listed is not the money you get. Rights and revisions are whatever your own listing says. Visibility varies a lot by category and country.

Youdji

Work is negotiated project by project, with a French base and strength in multilingual campaigns. Creators pay 20% commission. Because nothing is fixed, you have less certainty before making contact than a brief with a displayed fee gives you, and every project carries its own negotiation.

Insense

The one to use if you want to post, or to let a brand run adverts through your account. More than 35 creator countries, though no complete public list exists — check at sign-up. Fees and rights are campaign-specific, and some opportunities need you to grant advertising access to your own handle.

Billo

Content-only tasks with no follower requirement, but registration is limited to the US, Canada, UK and Australia, so creators in EU member states cannot join at all. It advertises automatic payouts every two weeks, though its terms note that the brand remains responsible for payment.

Which platforms accept creators in your country?

If you are anywhere in the eurozone — Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland and the rest — Noovid accepts you, and it is the only platform here open across the whole currency area. Influee confirms creator access in Portugal, Spain and Italy and covers much of the rest of Europe, though you should confirm at sign-up. Collabstr, Youdji and Insense publish no country-by-country list, so their sign-up flow is the only reliable answer. Billo will not take you unless you are in the US, Canada, UK or Australia.

Access, working language, rates and disclosure rules all shift as you cross a border. And eligibility only tells you who will let you in; it says nothing about how much work is waiting once you are through the door.

How to qualify and win suitable briefs

Content-only briefs are judged on your samples and whether you suit the product, not on the size of your audience. Followers only start to count when a campaign asks you to publish, or to lend your handle to a brand's adverts.

Your profile has one job: prove you can shoot something usable. Each application then answers a narrower question — why you, for this product, in this language?

  • Prepare three to five strong vertical samples: an unboxing, a demonstration, a short review.
  • Put the most relevant sample first, with clear lighting and clean audio.
  • State your languages and fluency accurately.
  • Check the duration, hooks, raw-footage requirement, deadline and rights before applying.
  • Budget time for the revision allowance, but ask for a revised fee if the brand adds deliverables that were not in the accepted brief.

Being registered is not being booked. Apply where you genuinely fit, keep a record of the scope and terms you agreed to, and track what each application actually returns. Our guides to building a UGC portfolio without clients, filming a UGC video and finding your first UGC clients cover the next steps.

What you actually get paid

Once you know you can join, the only question that matters is what lands in your account, and when.

A listing with 15% commission pays you 85% of the number you were shown. On Noovid, the fee in the brief is what the brand pays and what you receive: nothing comes off your side.

Sort the paid briefs from the gifted collaborations before you spend an hour on an application. In a gifted campaign the product you keep is the whole payment, which leaves your filming time and the licence the brand walks away with unpaid. A product offsets what you would have spent on it; it does not pay for the work. Every project on Noovid is paid, with the fee shown up front.

Before accepting work, confirm the gross value and your net payout; the currency, payout method, withdrawal threshold and payment date; whether payment is held, processed or dependent on the brand paying; whether the product is shipped to you or bought and reimbursed; who carries the risk if it arrives late or unusable; whether revisions can delay payment; whether raw footage, extra hooks or posting are included; and any bank or conversion charges.

Which platform should you start with?

Pick two or three you are eligible for, ideally ones that work differently from each other, and give them a real run. Track what briefs appear, what you are actually paid and whether the money arrives when promised. Add more once you know that.

Noovid suits creators anywhere in the eurozone who want content-only work, fees they can see before applying and no follower bar, and it is the only one here that takes no cut of your payout. Collabstr fits if you would rather run a storefront and be found. Insense is the one to try if posting or whitelisting appeals.

One last thing before you take a brand you met on a marketplace off-platform: read the non-circumvention clause. Moving the relationship can breach your creator agreement or trigger a fee. For a buyer's view of the same market, see our comparison of UGC platforms available in Europe.

Frequently asked questions

Which UGC platforms accept creators in Europe without followers?

Noovid has no follower requirement and accepts applications across the 20 eurozone countries. Billo also asks for no social presence, but its registration is limited to the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Posting and whitelisting campaigns elsewhere usually need an eligible social account.

Can I join Billo as a creator in the EU?

No. Under its stated September 2026 eligibility, Billo accepts creators only in the US, Canada, UK and Australia, so creators in Ireland, France, Germany, Spain and other EU countries cannot register.

Do UGC platforms charge creators a commission?

It depends. Noovid deducts no creator-side commission, Collabstr deducts 15% and Youdji deducts 20%. Always check whether an advertised figure is the gross project value or what you will actually receive.

Are UGC collaborations always paid?

No. Some campaigns are gifted collaborations, where the product you keep is the only compensation for your time, your filming and the rights the brand receives. Every project on Noovid is paid: the fee is shown before you apply, and no commission comes out of it.

Do European UGC creators need to invoice brands?

Usually, though it depends where you live. Arrangements differ — autónomo status in Spain, recibos verdes in Portugal, the Kleinunternehmer regime in Germany — so check your own circumstances with an accountant.

Choose by country, by the way you want to work and by terms you are willing to sign. Keep the portfolio current, confirm the full scope before you film, and judge every platform on the same three things: the briefs it puts in front of you, whether it pays, and whether anyone comes back. Platform terms checked September 2026; verify before applying.
