Fix it and preview the safe zones
A wrong ratio or size links straight to the matching resizer. Then drag your creative under each platform's UI to see what the caption, buttons and action rail will cover.
Ad specs for Meta, TikTok and YouTube in one place
The same rules the checker runs, straight from each platform's published requirements.
Aspect ratio against each canvas: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 and 1.91:1, with a 1% tolerance.
Minimum accepted size and the 1080 px recommended size, so you know when the platform will reject or soften the creative.
Length limits per placement, plus the windows that perform best, like 21–34 s on TikTok or under 60 s for Shorts.
File size caps and accepted containers: MP4 and MOV everywhere, plus each platform's extras.
Estimated bitrate from the file size and length, against TikTok's 516 kbps floor, and whether the codec is H.264.
Whether the video has an audio track, which sound-on feeds like TikTok expect.

Frequently asked questions
What size should an Instagram Reels ad be?
9:16 at 1080 × 1920 pixels, at least 500 × 889. Keep the bottom 35% clear for the caption and call to action; Stories also cover the top 14% and bottom 20%.
What is the TikTok ad safe zone?
On a 1080 × 1920 In-Feed video, TikTok's UI covers the top 240 px, the bottom 660 px, 120 px on each side and the action rail on the lower right. The safe-zone preview draws those bands over your creative.
How long can a YouTube Shorts ad be?
Up to 3 minutes, but the Shorts feed plays the first 60 seconds, so keep the message inside that window. In-stream ads need at least 10 seconds.
Why does the checker flag my bitrate?
TikTok rejects video under 516 kbps. We estimate the bitrate from the file size and length, so a very small file for its duration will be flagged; re-export at a higher quality.
Which files can I check?
MP4, MOV and WebM video and JPG, PNG and WebP images. Formats the platforms don't list are still read and flagged as a warning.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is probed by your browser; nothing is sent to Noovid or any server.
Is a pass a guarantee the platform will accept my ad?
It covers the technical specs: ratio, size, length, file size, container, bitrate, codec and audio. Policy review, text density and landing-page checks happen inside each ads manager.
A placement fails on ratio or size. How do I fix it?
Use the resize link on that placement: our free Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts resizers reframe your creative and export every size with the safe zones drawn in.
