Prices and eligibility were checked in September 2026. Verify them on each platform before buying. Creator counts are self-reported and do not show how many creators are currently active in a particular country, language or category. Noovid publishes this comparison and is one of the platforms compared; competitor details come from their public pricing, terms and help pages, not from hands-on campaign testing.

We selected services that accept European brand customers and publish enough information to assess their buying model. We reviewed public pricing pages, brand pages, creator terms, FAQs and help centres on 2 September 2026. We did not create paid accounts, so features or prices visible only after registration may differ.

“Available in Europe” means a European brand can buy, not necessarily that creators throughout the EU can register. Billo is included because European brands can purchase even though its creators are limited to the UK, US, Canada and Australia.

JoinBrands was excluded from the main table because creator registration is limited to the US, UK, Germany, Australia and Canada. We also screened Boksi, Refluenced and stylink UGC, but left them out because their public pricing or creator-eligibility information was not detailed enough for a like-for-like comparison at the time of writing. Flowbox and collection-focused services are better assessed alongside Skeepers.

Which platform fits your buying scenario

Testing a small batch

A Berlin app team wants short hooks for Meta adverts. Noovid provides a defined price for each length, three revisions and commercial rights without a subscription. Billo is relevant when a British creator is suitable, while Youdji works for a team prepared to negotiate every scope and licence.

Running recurring production

A supplement brand in Madrid needs fresh creative every month. Influee offers subscription-based multi-country production, but the team should include its creator costs, marketplace fee and plan limits in the budget. Noovid keeps each unit fixed, with optional Pro support for monthly production. Insense fits better if creator posting or partnership advert permissions are required.

Producing German-language content

Speekly is a practical DACH-focused option. Its public pricing lists on-demand videos at €119 for up to 15 seconds, €139 for up to 30 seconds and €159 for up to 90 seconds, excluding VAT. Subtitles, extra formats, extra hooks, raw footage and additional revisions are priced separately, so confirm how many revisions the base price includes.

Combining UGC with influencer reach

Influentials and Collabstr support work that may include publishing through a creator’s own account. Influentials also offers self-service and managed campaigns, agreements, payments and reporting. This is a different purchase from ordering a finished file for the brand’s own advertising account.

Producing for agency clients

An Amsterdam performance agency serving brands in Germany, France and Italy needs a licence that permits transfer to the final advertiser. Noovid includes end-client transfer in every order. Agencies using another platform should obtain written confirmation rather than assume that general commercial rights are transferable.

Collecting enterprise reviews

A retailer managing reviews across many products and ecommerce integrations needs a collection suite rather than a short-form video marketplace. Skeepers is designed for that broader programme.

Platform details

Noovid

  • Best for: Brands and agencies seeking known unit prices and finished video files.
  • Pricing and fees: €75 for 15 seconds, €99 for 30 seconds, €129 for 45 seconds and €149 for 60 seconds. There is no required subscription, brand-side fee or negotiation. Optional Noovid Pro provides delivery in 5 days and access to a private creator community. The standard marketplace works without it. See the fixed video prices.
  • Creator countries: Creators are available across the 20 eurozone countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal and Ireland. Browse the European creator markets.
  • Workflow and payment: The brand writes a brief, creators apply and the brand approves one, or the brand invites a creator directly; the creator then films and uploads. Noovid handles creator payment through the platform. Delivery is due within 10 days of creator approval or product receipt, whichever is later, although many projects arrive sooner.
  • Rights and revisions: Three revisions and unrestricted commercial usage are included. Rights do not expire, cover paid adverts, have no platform restriction and may transfer to an agency’s end client.
  • Where it falls short: Noovid does not offer influencer posting or whitelisting. Its European creator base is younger than Influee’s claimed pool, and standard videos stop at 60 seconds. Large always-on programmes may need Pro or a platform with deeper campaign tooling.

Noovid began in Brazil, where it built a marketplace of 9,000 creators, before bringing its fixed-price model to Europe. That operating history is not evidence of European campaign performance.

Influee

  • Best for: Recurring production across several European countries.
  • Pricing and fees: Plans start at $229 monthly plus a 10% marketplace fee. The Starter plan permits up to 10 creator collaborations per month. Influee publishes country averages, including about €80 for a 30-second French video.
  • Creator countries: Influee claims 150,000+ creators worldwide. France, Portugal, Spain and Italy are among its available countries, but a global total does not establish local supply.
  • Workflow and payment: Brands subscribe, publish a brief and select applicants. Individual creator prices require a subscription, so the final unit cost is not visible on the public pricing page. Influee publicly describes creator payment being held in escrow.
  • Rights and revisions: Its pricing page advertises content usage rights and final approval with unlimited revisions. Confirm the licence’s duration, territories, channels and transferability in the applicable agreement.
  • Where it falls short: The subscription is difficult to justify for an isolated test. Brands must also account for the marketplace fee, collaboration limit and creator price.

Youdji

  • Best for: French-speaking teams comfortable agreeing each project directly.
  • Pricing and fees: Brands pay no platform fee or required subscription. Creators pay a 20% commission, and the project price is negotiated. Optional campaign tools cost $99 to $349 monthly.
  • Creator countries: Youdji reports about 8,000 to 10,000 creators and 40+ languages, without a detailed public country breakdown.
  • Workflow and payment: Brands publish a brief, receive proposals and agree the scope and fee with a creator. Confirm payment timing and dispute handling before commissioning.
  • Rights and revisions: Negotiated per project. Record revisions, paid-media rights, duration, territories and channels in writing.
  • Where it falls short: Negotiation adds administration. A creator may account for commission when setting a quote, but compare the final payable amount rather than assume the full commission is passed through.

Billo

  • Best for: British or North American English-language content.
  • Pricing and fees: Prepaid credits, videos from about $99 and packages of roughly $500 to $2,500. No subscription is required.
  • Creator countries: Registration is limited to the US, Canada, UK and Australia, although brands elsewhere can buy.
  • Workflow and payment: Brands buy credits, publish a brief, select an applicant and review delivery in the platform. Check credit expiry, refunds and disputes before buying a package.
  • Rights and revisions: Confirm the current licence and revision allowance for the selected package.
  • Where it falls short: It cannot supply a creator resident in Italy, Spain or most other EU countries.

Insense

  • Best for: Paid-social teams needing whitelisting or partnership advert permissions.
  • Pricing and fees: The Brand plan starts at $500 monthly and is billed quarterly. Trial starts at $650 monthly with a 20% marketplace fee, while Brand charges 10% and Agency 7%.
  • Creator countries: Insense states coverage across 35+ creator countries.
  • Workflow and payment: Teams subscribe, create campaigns, match with creators and manage content approvals and paid-social permissions. Confirm payment protection and dispute rules for the chosen plan.
  • Rights and revisions: Fully licensed UGC for organic and paid social is advertised. Confirm duration, territories, transferability and contractual scope.
  • Where it falls short: Subscription and marketplace charges make it a poor fit for a small file-only test.

Collabstr

  • Best for: Brands buying content and access to a creator’s audience.
  • Pricing and fees: Brands pay 10% on Free and Pro, or 5% on Premium. Creators pay 15% on payout.
  • Creator countries: Global, with local density varying by country and category.
  • Workflow and payment: Brands purchase a listing or submit an offer. Collabstr states that brand payments are held until the work is approved.
  • Rights and revisions: Scope depends on the listing and accepted offer. Confirm paid usage and revision terms before payment.
  • Where it falls short: Content-only buyers must check that the package covers delivery for the brand’s own advertising account.

Twirl

  • Best for: UK-focused teams seeking managed production.
  • Pricing and fees: Self-serve videos start at about €280 (£240 or $325) with a minimum first purchase of four videos. Twirl also sells higher-touch Creative Partner and End-to-end plans on quotation.
  • Creator countries: Twirl states that it focuses on the UK and US but also has creators in Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Australia. Portugal and other EU markets are not listed, so confirm availability before committing.
  • Workflow and payment: The brand submits a brief, receives a creator match and reviews delivery. Request the cancellation, dispute and payment terms before committing.
  • Rights and revisions: Twirl’s pricing page states that each self-serve video includes full usage rights, including paid social, a raw edit and a final edit, and two revision rounds. Confirm any extra formats or deliverables before ordering.
  • Where it falls short: the entry cost is higher than several self-serve marketplaces, the four-video minimum rules out a single test video, and its listed EU coverage is limited to Germany, Italy, France and Spain.

Influentials

  • Best for: Brands combining influencer distribution, UGC, creator data and campaign reporting.
  • Pricing and fees: Self-service plans run from €299 per published campaign with no monthly fee to €449 or €749 per month, with service fees of 19%, 13% or 10% on creator payouts by plan. Managed options include briefing support from €350 and briefing plus creator selection from €525. Creator rewards remain separate.
  • Creator countries: Influentials positions itself around European markets but does not publish a creator count or country list on its pricing page. Check current country and language supply before committing.
  • Workflow and payment: Briefing, selection, agreements, messaging, approval and reporting sit within the platform. Creator payment is processed after content approval.
  • Rights and revisions: Agreements define deliverables and usage rights for each collaboration. Confirm paid usage, extensions and end-client transfer.
  • Where it falls short: It is broader than a file-delivery marketplace, and the total cost depends on campaign scope and creator reward.

Speekly

  • Best for: German-language and DACH-focused creator production.
  • Pricing and fees: On-demand prices are €119 for up to 15 seconds, €139 for up to 30 seconds and €159 for up to 90 seconds, excluding VAT. Managed campaigns start at €2,000, while subscription tools are available for recurring production.
  • Creator countries: The service foregrounds Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Confirm creator residence and language availability for campaigns elsewhere.
  • Workflow and payment: Brands post an assignment, assess creator applications and approve delivery. Contracts and creator payouts are handled through Speekly.
  • Rights and revisions: Usage rights are included, and public terms describe broad, time-unlimited use. Additional revisions are listed at €35 each, so confirm how many are included in the base price. Agencies should confirm whether the relevant rights can transfer to their client.
  • Where it falls short: Subtitles, extra formats, raw footage and additional revisions cost extra, so the starting video price is not always the final production cost.

Skeepers belongs in a separate procurement category. It combines reviews and content collection with enterprise integrations, custom contracts and custom pricing. Choose it when review operations are the job, not when the immediate requirement is a small set of advertising videos.

How to compare total UGC cost

Judge a subscription by its total monthly cost per approved video, including the plan, creator payments, marketplace fees and plan limits.

Using a €199 subscription assumption solely for illustration, Influee’s French average and its 10% marketplace fee produce this formula: €199 + (€80 × 1.10 × number of videos). Noovid’s comparable 30-second formula is €99 × the number of videos.

Under those assumptions, costs are nearly equal at 18 videos and Influee becomes cheaper at 19. This theoretical comparison is not valid on Influee’s Starter plan if 19 videos require more than its 10 permitted collaborations. Obtain pricing for an eligible tier and establish how many videos each collaboration includes before using the break-even point.

For a small test, compare the payable total for a defined video length, licence and revision allowance. For recurring production, add subscription costs and collaboration limits before comparing unit prices. Read more about how UGC costs are structured.

Scope itemQuestion to askPossible extra cost
Raw footageAre unedited clips included?Raw-footage fee
Hooks and ratiosHow many hooks and aspect ratios are delivered?Extra versions or editing
SubtitlesAre captions translated and burned in?Editing and localisation
Project filesAre editable source files supplied?File or production fee
Revisions and reshootsWhat counts as a revision or reshoot?Creator and shipping costs
Product returnMust the creator return the product?Return postage
Creator postingIs posting or whitelisting required?Creator fee and usage extension

Published rate guides suggest direct-deal rights add-ons can range from 30% to 50% for each 30 days of paid use, 50% to 100% for 90 days, 50% to 100% for whitelisting, and 100% to 150% or more for perpetual use. These are broad signals, not fixed rates.

A copyable total-cost worksheet is:

(subscription + creator fees + marketplace fees + rights add-ons + paid revisions + shipping + localisation) ÷ expected approved videos

Do not divide by commissioned videos if failed or rejected work is not refundable. Ask how payments are held, when approval releases funds, who manages creator payouts and what happens when a delivery misses the brief.

European rights, disclosure and data checks

Country availability is not enough. Before paying, verify:

  • The creator’s residence and product-shipping destination
  • Filming language, regional accent and pronunciation
  • Whether subtitles, translation and localisation are included
  • Local claims or restricted wording for the product category
  • The number of revisions and whether reshoots are covered
  • Channels, territories, licence duration and paid-advert use
  • End-client transfer when an agency is buying
  • Cancellation, refund, dispute and payout procedures

Creator-posted commercial content needs a clear advertising disclosure appropriate to the jurisdiction. Examples include “Advertising” or an upfront “#ad” in the UK, “Werbung” or “Anzeige” in Germany, and the applicable disclosure required under France’s influenceur rules. Ask a lawyer to review high-risk or multi-country campaigns.

File-only UGC is operationally different. When a creator supplies a video that the brand publishes from its own advertising account, the brand still needs adequate usage and performer permissions, but the creator is not making a sponsored post to their audience.

Privacy checks matter when platforms process creator profiles, addresses, contracts and payment information. Review the contracting entity, privacy notice, data-processing terms, subprocessors, transfer safeguards and where data is processed. European brands contract with Noovid LLC in Delaware, and GDPR applies. Buyers should review the applicable privacy and contractual terms rather than treat that statement alone as proof of compliance.

Cross-border invoicing also requires attention. For services between VAT-registered businesses in different EU member states, reverse charge may apply. Ask an accountant to confirm VAT treatment, required VAT numbers and invoice wording for the relevant countries. This is general information, not legal or tax advice.

A good brief reduces both cost and compliance risk. Specify the deliverables, required claims, prohibited claims, pronunciation, visual references, disclosures, product handling and approval process. These UGC brief and script templates provide a practical starting point.

Frequently asked questions

Which UGC platforms work with creators in Europe?

Coverage varies by country. Noovid lists creators in the 20 eurozone countries and does not accept UK creators, while Billo limits creator registration to the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Verify the required residence, language and active local supply before paying.

Do European brands need a subscription to buy UGC?

Not always. Noovid and Youdji work without a required brand subscription, while Influee and Insense use paid plans alongside creator or marketplace costs. Compare the total monthly cost rather than the advertised creator price alone.

Can a European brand use UGC in paid adverts?

That depends on the licence. Noovid includes paid advertising and unrestricted commercial usage in every order. On negotiated marketplaces, put the channels, duration, territories and fees into the agreement.

Can an agency transfer UGC rights to its client?

Only if the licence permits transfer. Noovid includes transfer to an end client. Agencies using another platform should obtain written confirmation before delivering the asset to their client.

Does a UGC creator need followers?

Not for content-only UGC on Noovid, where creators apply with a profile and sample videos. Follower size becomes relevant when the brief requires the creator to publish to their own audience.

How long does a UGC video take to produce?

A typical creator production cycle is 7 to 10 days plus revisions. Noovid sets delivery within 10 days of creator approval or product receipt, whichever is later. Product shipping, localisation and reshoots can extend the schedule.

The right platform is the one whose creator supply, licence and complete payable cost match the specific campaign. For predictable file-based production, Noovid provides fixed prices, three revisions and transferable commercial rights without requiring a subscription.
