Billo Alternatives for European Brands

Article image

If you need creators who live in Europe, Billo can't help. Billo only accepts creators from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, so you won't find a Billo creator in Portugal, Italy or Germany. For an ad in Portuguese, Italian or German, that settles it before price comes into it.

For most European brands, the best alternative is Noovid: a fixed price per video, creators in all 20 eurozone countries, full rights included and no subscription. Influee, Youdji, Insense and Collabstr each fit narrower needs, covered below.

Competitor details come from public pricing and terms pages checked on 4 October 2026, so confirm them before you commit.

When Billo still works

Billo runs on prepaid credits with no subscription. For a Berlin app team making English ads for American customers, that works fine.

Change the brief to "Portuguese skincare ad for Instagram in Portugal" and it falls apart. An English-speaking creator reading a translated script sounds like exactly that. A local creator gets the language right, films in a home that looks like your customer's and receives the product by domestic post.

Billo's terms are looser too. Its terms of service leave it to you to confirm the creator's rights assignment actually works, and promise only "reasonable minor revisions" rather than a fixed number.

Noovid

Noovid suits brands and agencies that want to know what each video costs before they write the brief. Prices are fixed by length: €75 for 15 seconds, €99 for 30, €129 for 45 and €149 for 60. Open briefs have no brand fee and no subscription, and creators pay no commission. The brands page keeps the current list.

You post a brief, pick from the creators who apply, and get the video within 10 days of creator approval or product receipt, whichever is later. Every order includes three revisions and full commercial rights with no expiry, including paid ads. Browse creators in the European creator hub, or go straight to UGC creators in Portugal.

Noovid Pro (€79 a month or €790 a year) is optional. It lets you invite specific creators directly, with 5-day delivery from invited creators. You don't need it for a few videos a quarter, but it helps once you have creators you want to rebook.

If you want the creator to post the video too, Social Boost and partnership ads are paid add-ons.

Influee

Influee is built for teams producing across several countries every month. Plans start from €199 a month, plus a 10% fee on creator payments.

The subscription is the catch for smaller buyers. Take ten 30-second videos at Influee's published average of €82 in France: €820 to creators, €82 in fees and €199 for the plan, about €1,101 in total. The same ten videos on Noovid cost €990. Influee only pays off above roughly 23 videos a month.

Youdji

Youdji charges brands no subscription and no fee. Instead, you agree each price directly with the creator, and it has creator pages for Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Belgium.

The catch is that rights and revisions are negotiated project by project too, so ten videos from ten creators can mean ten different agreements.

Insense

Insense fits brands that want most videos posted from creator accounts. The Brand plan starts at $500 a month billed quarterly, so $1,500 up front before any creator is paid. A one-month trial costs $650, and fees run from 7% to 20% depending on the plan. For a handful of test videos, that is hard to justify.

Collabstr

Collabstr is a public catalogue where creators list their own packages and prices. Brands pay a hiring fee of 10% on the Free and Pro plans or 5% on Premium, and creators pay 15% on what they earn. Rights and revisions change from listing to listing, so you do the quality control.

How to choose

Start with the country your ad will run in, and cross off every platform without creators there. Then price the whole order, not the headline: add the plan on a subscription platform, the fee on a marketplace, and get a written quote wherever prices are hidden or negotiated.

Finally, check the rights. Make sure the video can run as a paid ad in every country you need, for as long as you need. The guide to how much a UGC video costs in Europe gives more context, and the best UGC platforms in Europe covers a wider list.

Frequently asked questions

Can brands in Europe use Billo?

Yes. A Dutch brand can order English videos from Billo's creators for an American launch. It just can't get a Dutch-speaking creator there.

Which Billo alternative has no subscription?

Noovid and Youdji. Noovid shows a fixed price from €75, while Youdji starts a negotiation with each creator.

Can European creators join Billo?

No. Billo only accepts creators from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Creators in the eurozone can look at UGC platforms for creators in Europe.
