How Much Does a UGC Video Cost in Europe?

Article image

There is no single European rate. Published guides run from €20 to €70 on some international platforms in Portugal to €500 or more for an experienced creator in Germany. Direct quotes for a standard short video usually sit between those extremes, and what moves them is experience, format, language, complexity and rights.

On Noovid, prices are fixed: €75 for 15 seconds up to €149 for 60 seconds, including one edited video, three revisions and commercial use by the brand or its end client, paid advertising included, with no expiry or platform restriction. Posting, whitelisting and raw footage are not. Figures were checked on 2 September 2026 and are market signals from published rate guides and platform pricing, not quotes.

What a UGC video costs on Noovid

Video lengthPrice
15 seconds€75
30 seconds€99
45 seconds€129
60 seconds€149

Every price covers one edited video, three revisions and commercial usage rights. No subscription, no brand-side fee, no negotiation. Submit a brief, review the creators who apply or invite one directly, then use your revisions before accepting the file. Delivery is within 10 days of creator approval or product receipt, and most creators are quicker.

What the buying model adds on top

Never compare a creator's fee with a platform's checkout total until both cover the same rights, revisions, deliverables and fees. A platform figure and a direct quote are rarely like-for-like, because the scope, rights and service behind them differ. Brands can also browse creators in Germany and France.

Total campaign cost = creator fees + usage rights + add-ons + platform fees + subscription + products and shipping + VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions are the line most often missed. Influee started at $229 a month, about €199, with a 10% marketplace fee and creator prices visible only after subscribing. Insense listed a Brand plan from about $500 a month billed quarterly, with fees of 7% to 20% by plan. Billo, Youdji, Collabstr and Noovid required no subscription: Youdji charges creators 20% with no brand fee, Collabstr charges brands 10% and creators 15%, and Noovid has no brand-side fee at all.

Cross-border EU business-to-business services may fall under the reverse charge when both parties are VAT-registered in different member states. Confirm with an accountant rather than assuming a price is tax-inclusive.

What every quote should state

A €150 quote means nothing until you know what sits behind it. Get all of this in writing, and treat anything missing as a separate charge:

  • Deliverables: length, concepts, hooks, aspect ratios, editing, captions, raw footage.
  • Review: revision rounds, and what turns a revision into a reshoot.
  • Rights: channels, licence term, territories, end-client transfer, exclusivity.
  • Operations: delivery date, product ownership, shipping, returns, customs.
  • Total: creator fee, add-ons, platform fees, subscription, VAT and the final figure.

What usage rights cost

Rights are the biggest hidden multiplier in a direct quote. Published rate guides suggest uplifts of 30% to 50% for 30 days of paid use, 50% to 100% for 90 days or for whitelisting, and 100% to 150% or more for perpetual rights. On a €200 base fee, 90 days of paid use means €300 to €400; perpetual rights push it to €400 to €500 or more.

Keep three permissions apart: creator posting publishes from the creator's own account, whitelisting runs adverts through that identity, and exclusivity blocks named competitors for a set period. Noovid's licence has no expiry or platform restriction, covers paid advertising and transfers to an end client, which is what an agency producing for a named client needs. It does not offer posting or whitelisting.

Which model fits your campaign

Go direct for a particular person or a bespoke format, or to a marketplace for pricing choice you are willing to compare yourself. A fixed-price platform suits clear briefs and demand that moves month to month. A subscription pays off only if you use the tools monthly; an agency, only when you need strategy as well as files.

Noovid is the wrong choice if you need influencer reach, posting, whitelisting or a specific established name. Its creator base spans the 20 eurozone countries but is younger than Influee's reported 150,000. A wider view is in our comparison of UGC platforms available in Europe.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the price of a UGC video?

It depends on the supplier. A quote should state the video length, editing, captions, revisions, raw footage and usage rights. Noovid's listed price includes one edited video, three revisions and commercial usage rights.

Is raw footage included in a UGC video price?

Do not assume so. Noovid's price covers the finished edited video; source clips have to be agreed in the brief before you approve a creator.

Can a European agency use a UGC video for its client?

That depends on the licence. Noovid's commercial usage rights transfer to an end client, so an agency can hand the finished asset to the client named in the project.

Which European countries can brands source Noovid creators from?

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta and Cyprus.

Ask every supplier for one final total on the same length, hooks, editing, revisions, delivery date, licence and fees. Noovid's starts at €75, with nothing to subscribe to.
