Terms of Use — Noovid Hub
These Terms explain how the Noovid Hub works and what you agree to when you join. Joining is optional and you can leave at any time.
READ BEFORE ACCEPTING
These Terms define how the Noovid Hub works and what you are accepting when you join. Read them carefully — you only become part of the Noovid Hub after you accept.
Accepting is optional. You can keep using Noovid normally without being part of the Noovid Hub. You can accept now or at another time. You can also leave the Noovid Hub at any time.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") complement — and do not replace — the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Noovid platform ("General Terms") already accepted by the Creator at the time of registration. The General Terms remain fully valid. These Terms apply exclusively to the Creator's participation in the Noovid Hub.
I. IDENTIFICATION AND APPLICABILITY
1.1 Platform Information
The Noovid Hub is a feature of the Noovid platform, operated by:
- Legal Name: NOOVID NEGÓCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA.
- CNPJ: 54.059.885/0001-23
- Headquarters: Rodovia José Carlos Daub, 5500, Sala 211, Bloco Campeche A, Bairro Saco Grande, Florianópolis/SC, CEP 88032-005

1.2 Applicability of the Terms
1.2.1 By accepting these Terms, the Creator voluntarily joins the Noovid Hub and fully agrees to all of its provisions. We recommend reading them in full before accepting. If the Creator does not agree with any provision, they simply need not accept — their participation in the Noovid platform in standard mode remains unchanged.
1.2.2 These Terms do not replace the General Terms of the Noovid platform. In the event of a conflict between provisions of these Terms and the General Terms regarding participation in the Noovid Hub, these Terms prevail.
II. DEFINITIONS AND APPLICABLE CONCEPTS
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply, in addition to those set out in Noovid's General Terms:
- Noovid Hub: A feature of the Noovid platform consisting of a marketplace of creators selected by Noovid, accessible to Brands with Hub access, in which Brands can find, choose, and directly invite creators to produce UGC content.
- Marketplace: The space within the Noovid Hub where Brands browse, filter, and view the profiles of Selected Creators.
- Selected Creator: A Creator who has accepted these Terms and become part of the Noovid Hub, with a profile visible in the marketplace and eligible to receive Direct Invitations from Brands.
- Brand: A company that contracts services through the Noovid platform with access to the Noovid Hub.
- Direct Invitation: A request sent by a Brand directly to a specific Selected Creator, containing a brief, deadline, and value, which the Creator may accept or decline individually.
- Standard Delivery: The delivery mode applicable to Noovid Hub projects, with a deadline of 5 (five) calendar days counted from the Creator's receipt of the product or approval of the brief, whichever occurs last.
- Priority Delivery: An optional delivery mode applicable to Noovid Hub projects, with a deadline of 48 (forty-eight) hours counted from the Creator's receipt of the product or approval of the brief, whichever occurs last.
- General Terms: The Terms and Conditions of Use of the Noovid platform, accepted by the Creator at the time of their original registration.
III. ACCESS, ELIGIBILITY, AND MEMBERSHIP
3.1 Invitation to the Noovid Hub
3.1.1 The Noovid Hub is an environment curated by Noovid. The invitation to participate is sent exclusively to Creators selected by Noovid based on its own internal criteria, considering factors such as performance history on the platform, quality of deliveries, registration status, conduct, and other elements that Noovid deems relevant to preserving the quality and integrity of the marketplace.
3.1.2 The selection criteria and evaluation methodology adopted by Noovid are internal in nature and are not disclosed publicly. Noovid may update such criteria at any time, without prior notice.
3.1.3 Sending an invitation to the Noovid Hub is a discretionary decision by Noovid. The absence of an invitation to a Creator does not constitute a penalty, a value judgment about their work, or an impediment to their regular participation in the Noovid platform in standard mode.
3.2 Free of Charge
3.2.1 Participation in the Noovid Hub is free of charge for the Creator. There is no monthly fee, membership fee, extraordinary commission, or any direct cost linked to participation in the Noovid Hub.
3.3 Voluntary Participation
3.3.1 Membership in the Noovid Hub is optional. The invited Creator may choose not to accept these Terms and continue using the Noovid platform in standard mode, without any prejudice to their participation, reputation, or history on the platform.
3.3.2 A Creator who does not join at the time of the invitation may do so later, at any time, by accepting these Terms, provided that the invitation is still valid or is renewed at Noovid's discretion.
3.4 Acceptance and Confirmation
3.4.1 Confirmation of the Creator's participation in the Noovid Hub occurs exclusively after the invited Creator's express acceptance of these Terms. Before such acceptance, the Creator is not considered a participant in the Noovid Hub for any purpose.
3.4.2 Noovid reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke invitations that have not yet been accepted, without the need for justification.
IV. BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATION
4.1 Differentiated Compensation
4.1.1 For projects contracted via the Noovid Hub, the Selected Creator receives amounts higher than those paid in standard campaigns on the Noovid platform.
4.1.2 The specific value applicable to each project is communicated to the Creator when the Direct Invitation is sent, before acceptance.
4.2 Direct Invitations
4.2.1 Brands may send Direct Invitations to the Creator, with a predefined brief, deadline, and value, eliminating the need for a competitive application.
4.2.2 The Creator is free to accept or decline any Direct Invitation, as set out in Section VI of these Terms.
4.3 Marketplace Visibility
4.3.1 The Selected Creator's profile begins to appear in the Noovid Hub marketplace, accessible to Brands while browsing and selecting creators.
4.3.2 Noovid may use the Creator's performance data on the platform (on-time delivery rate, brand approval rate, project history, and other operational metrics) for the purposes of display in the marketplace and recommendation to brands.
4.4 Priority Mode
4.4.1 The Selected Creator has access to the Priority Delivery mode, with a reduced 48-hour deadline and additional compensation.
4.4.2 Joining the priority mode is optional and decided on a case-by-case basis, at the time of accepting each Direct Invitation.
V. CREATOR COMMITMENTS
By accepting these Terms, the Creator assumes the following operational commitments applicable to each project accepted through the Noovid Hub:
5.1 Standard Delivery Deadline
5.1.1 For projects accepted in standard mode, the Creator undertakes to deliver the content within 5 (five) calendar days, counted from the Creator's receipt of the product or approval of the brief, whichever occurs last.
5.1.2 The Noovid Hub Standard Delivery deadline is shorter than that practiced in standard campaigns outside the Noovid Hub. The Creator declares to be aware of this difference when accepting these Terms.
5.2 Priority Delivery Deadline
5.2.1 When the Creator accepts a project in priority mode, they undertake to deliver the content within 48 (forty-eight) hours, counted from the Creator's receipt of the product or approval of the brief, whichever occurs last.
5.2.2 Failure to meet the priority mode deadline results only in the loss of the additional amount paid for that mode in that specific project, with the standard compensation for the delivery being maintained.
5.3 Quality Standard
5.3.1 The Creator undertakes to deliver content in accordance with the terms, technical standards, and quality guidelines already accepted in Noovid's General Terms, with the same fidelity to the brief required in any project on the platform.
5.4 Professional Communication
5.4.1 The Creator will maintain respectful and professional communication with brands and with the Noovid team in all interactions relating to Noovid Hub projects.
5.5 Responding to Invitations
5.5.1 Direct Invitations sent by Brands must be answered (accepted or declined) within 48 hours of being sent.
5.5.2 A lack of response within the period set out in clause 5.5.1 is interpreted as an automatic decline, without any penalty to the Creator.
VI. RIGHT TO DECLINE AND UNAVAILABILITY
6.1 Freedom to Decline
6.1.1 The Creator may decline any Direct Invitation, at any time, without the need for justification and without any penalty.
6.1.2 Declining Invitations does not affect the Creator's status in the Noovid Hub, their reputation on the platform, or the likelihood of receiving future invitations.
6.2 Temporary Unavailability
6.2.1 The Creator may be unavailable for new projects for periods at their own discretion (including, without limitation: vacation, workload, rest, personal reasons). No prior notice to Noovid is required — the Creator simply declines the Invitations that arrive during that period.
6.3 Prolonged Inactivity
6.3.1 Frequent declines do not, in themselves, constitute grounds for removal from the Noovid Hub. However, prolonged periods of inactivity — understood as the absence of acceptance of any project via the Noovid Hub for a period equal to or greater than 6 (six) months — may prompt a review of the Creator's status by the Noovid team, under the terms of clause 7.3.
VII. NON-COMPLIANCE AND CONSEQUENCES
7.1 Applicable Measures
7.1.1 Non-compliance with the commitments set out in these Terms may result in a warning, temporary suspension of participation in the Noovid Hub, or permanent removal, depending on the severity and recurrence of the conduct, at Noovid's discretion.
7.2 Conduct Subject to Measures
7.2.1 By way of example and not limitation, the following may give rise to a warning, suspension, or removal:
- Repeated delays in delivering previously accepted projects;
- Failure to deliver previously accepted projects, without justified prior notice;
- Repeated disputes with brands, decided unfavorably to the Creator;
- Disrespectful or unprofessional conduct with brands or the Noovid team;
- Sharing, redistributing, or commercializing the produced content outside the authorized scope;
- Manipulation of reviews, metrics, or any other form of tampering with the platform's operation;
- Non-compliance with Noovid's General Terms of Use.
7.3 Prolonged Inactivity
7.3.1 Noovid may review the Creator's status in the Noovid Hub in cases of prolonged inactivity, in accordance with clause 6.3.1, and the review may result in removal, with the Creator being entitled to request re-entry at any future time.
7.4 Communication of Measures
7.4.1 The application of a warning, suspension, or removal will be communicated to the Creator in writing, with an indication of the reason.
7.4.2 In cases of removal from the Noovid Hub, the Creator fully retains their access to the Noovid platform in standard mode.
7.5 Re-entry After Removal
7.5.1 A Creator removed from the Noovid Hub may request re-entry after a minimum period of 6 (six) months counted from the date of removal, subject to an eligibility review by the Noovid team.
VIII. PAYMENT
8.1 Payment Schedule
8.1.1 Payment for projects carried out via the Noovid Hub follows the same schedule applicable to other projects on the Noovid platform: payments made on the 15th and 30th of each month.
8.2 Amounts
8.2.1 The amounts paid per project carried out via the Noovid Hub are higher than those paid in standard campaigns on the platform, in accordance with clause 4.1.1.
8.2.2 The exact value applicable to each project is communicated to the Creator when the Direct Invitation is sent.
8.3 Priority Mode
8.3.1 The additional amount relating to the Priority Delivery mode is due to the Creator only in the event of full compliance with the 48-hour deadline.
8.3.2 Failure to meet the priority mode deadline results only in the loss of the additional amount for that mode, with the standard compensation for the delivery being fully maintained.
8.4 Payment Dispute Resolution
8.4.1 In the event of non-approval of the content by the brand or any other controversy related to payment, the resolution process follows the provisions of Noovid's General Terms, with no specific changes for Noovid Hub projects.
IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS TO THE CONTENT
9.1 Application of the General Terms
9.1.1 All rights, assignments, and provisions already set out in Noovid's General Terms of Use regarding intellectual property apply to content produced via the Noovid Hub.
9.2 Summary of Applicable Provisions
9.2.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the General Terms:
- (a) The contracting brand acquires the commercial usage rights to the produced content, including placement in paid media, social networks, websites, and other communication channels of the brand, upon approval and full payment of the project;
- (b) The Creator may publish the produced content on their personal channels, provided the contracting brand is duly tagged and any specific restrictions communicated in the brief are respected;
- (c) Noovid may use content produced via the Noovid Hub in institutional materials, success cases, testimonials, and platform communication actions, with due attribution where applicable, respecting the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information of the contracting brands.
9.3 Prohibitions
9.3.1 The Creator is expressly prohibited from:
- (a) Reselling, assigning, or licensing to third parties the content produced for a contracting brand;
- (b) Reusing content produced for one brand in projects for other brands;
- (c) Publishing the content on unauthorized channels before approval and payment by the contracting brand.
X. LEAVING THE NOOVID HUB
10.1 Right to Leave
10.1.1 The Creator may leave the Noovid Hub at any time, without the need for justification, by request through their Noovid account settings area.
10.2 Effects of Leaving
10.2.1 Upon leaving, the Creator no longer appears in the marketplace and no longer receives Direct Invitations from Brands, fully retaining their access to the Noovid platform in standard mode.
10.2.2 Ongoing projects — already accepted by the Creator before leaving — must be completed normally, in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of acceptance, including deadlines and compensation.
10.3 Re-entry
10.3.1 A Creator who leaves the Noovid Hub may request re-entry at any future time, subject to a discretionary review by the Noovid team under the terms of Section III of these Terms.
XI. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
11.1 Application of the LGPD
11.1.1 The processing of the Creator's personal data in the context of the Noovid Hub follows the provisions of Noovid's Privacy Policy and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
11.2 Additional Data
11.2.1 Participation in the Noovid Hub involves the processing of additional data related to the Creator's performance on the platform, including, without limitation: on-time delivery rate, brand approval rate, project history, and other operational metrics, for the purposes of display in the marketplace, recommendation to brands, and status review in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 Data Subject Rights
11.3.1 The Creator may exercise the rights provided for in the LGPD (access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, among others) through the contact channels indicated in Noovid's Privacy Policy.
XII. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
12.1 Right to Update
12.1.1 Noovid may update these Terms at any time.
12.1.2 The continuation of the Creator's participation in the Noovid Hub after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the new conditions.
XIII. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Applicable Law
13.1.1 These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
13.2 Jurisdiction
13.2.1 The courts of the Judicial District of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, are hereby elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
13.3 Continuity of Provisions
13.3.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
13.4 Contact Channel
13.4.1 Questions about these Terms or about how the Noovid Hub works should be directed to Noovid support by email at [email protected] or through the platform's official channels.
