Meta's Creator Marketing Hub: What It Does and What It Leaves to You

Artikelbild

Meta's Creator Marketing Hub is one place inside Meta's ad tools to find Instagram and Facebook creators, message them, get permission to use their posts and turn those posts into partnership ads in one click. It launched globally on 15 September 2026. It is good at finding creators and activating content that already exists. The brief, product shipping, revisions, creator payments and the usage-rights contract are still yours to handle.

What is Meta's Creator Marketing Hub?

At Cannes Lions in June 2026, Meta said it was merging Creator Marketplace and the Partnership Ads Hub into one product. The same announcement said more than 5 million Instagram creators were already discoverable in Creator Marketplace, and that Facebook creators were being added.

The hub went live on 15 September 2026, announced on Meta's business blog. Meta says new features roll out through the rest of 2026, so your account may not show everything yet.

What does it do?

For a brand, four features matter most.

You can search for creators and for posts that already feature products like yours. You can message creators from inside the hub instead of chasing them by email or DM. You can turn a creator's post into a partnership ad straight from the listing. And permission is now granted per post, with an end date, so you know exactly what you can run and until when.

Is it available in Europe?

Meta says the hub "is expanding globally" and hasn't published a country list or named any exclusions for the EU. Creator Marketplace itself went global in February 2026, after being limited to 19 countries (Net Influencer). If a feature is missing from your account, it is probably still rolling out.

Why partnership ads are worth the effort

Partnership ads run a creator's content from the creator's account, with your brand shown beside it. Meta's own figures, reported by Social Native, put partnership ads at 19% lower CPA and 13% higher click-through rate than traditional ads.

There is a catch. In Agentio's analysis of 65,000 Meta partnership ads (Martechvibe, August 2026), winning ads lasted 36 days on average before CPA rose 1.8 times. Keeping 10 winners live means testing about 40 new creator ads a month. Our comparison of partnership ads and brand ads goes deeper into the numbers.

What the hub leaves to you

Meta has built a good shop window for creator content that already exists. Nothing in its announcements covers making new content.

The hub finds creators, but it doesn't write the hook, script or shot list. Someone still has to ship the product to each creator and confirm it arrived. If a video misses the brief, there is no structured revision round. Messaging is built in, but fees, invoices and cross-border payments are not.

Permissions are not a contract either. The per-post permission controls what can run as an ad and until when. It doesn't replace an agreement on the fee, the term, edits or use outside Meta.

Finally, the hub is built around creators' accounts and posts. If you want finished video files to run from your own brand account, with nothing posted on the creator's feed, you need someone to produce them.

The hub is still worth using. Meta's announcements mention no fee for it, and it beats searching hashtags by hand.

Who is it for?

It suits brands with an in-house creator lead who can find, negotiate with and pay each creator directly. It fits less well if you are a small team that needs a predictable number of finished ads each month at a known price.

How to get the most from it

Start with what the hub does best: find strong organic posts about your category, ask for permission and test them as partnership ads.

Match the permission end date to your contract. The expiry date in Meta and the term you agreed with the creator should say the same thing. Our guide to UGC pricing models explains how usage rights are usually priced.

Then plan for volume. If winners fade after about five weeks, you need new creative every month, not one batch a quarter. Our guide to UGC for Meta Ads covers what to test.

Where Noovid fits

Noovid handles the production side the hub leaves open. Vetted creators from the 20 eurozone countries film your product at fixed prices: €75 for 15 seconds, €99 for 30, €129 for 45 and €149 for 60. Every video includes three revisions and commercial usage rights, and finished videos go to Meta in one click, with performance read back.

If you want the creator's account in the ad too, you can add partnership ads, so you run the video from the creator's account, or Social Boost, so the creator posts it on their own profile. To work with the same creators every month, Noovid Pro (€79 a month) adds direct invites.

FAQ

Does the Creator Marketing Hub pay creators or handle contracts?

Meta's announcements describe no payment, invoicing or contract tools. You agree fees and usage terms with each creator yourself.

What is a partnership ad code?

A code a creator shares with a brand to grant permission to run their content as a partnership ad, even before the brand asks. Meta added it in December 2025 (Social Native).
